All online orders will ONLY be
entertained with a completely accomplished order form.
All Payments are expected to
be settled within 3 working days after confirmation message is sent.
Orders not
settled within this duration are automatically forfeited.
After you have made
the payment, please make sure to let us know via SMS for faster
processing.
Sofisticada is NOT liable for any delay, loss or
damage incurred while the item is in transit.
Generally, we don’t allow
returns and exchanges of items bought online.
Items are thoroughly examined
before being shipped. Items can be returned in some rare
cases.
All returns must have prior
authorization from us.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or
disregarded.
Returns and exchanges must be
done within 3 days after receipt of item.
All transactions involving
items on sale or promotion are final.
Items on sale or promotion are not
refundable and/or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Cancellation of orders after
shipment is made will not be honoured and will not be refunded.
Sofisticada is not responsible
for any issues with the customs and other sectors that may arise in your country
and that may cause rejection or return of the item/s shipped.
No refunds will be
given as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship your orders with
due diligence.
Sofisticada reserves the right
to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason
without prior notice.
Should there be any dispute, Sofisticada’s decision will
be final.
